ASQ Section
801 will offer a series of Operational Improvement courses designed to address
process awareness and basic competency to lead improvement projects. These
introductory courses described below will allow you to build a foundation for
operational excellence with an overview of basic quality tools.
Each class is designed for a broad audience - Education, Service,
Healthcare, Government and Manufacturing. Examples are
designed for easy understanding by each segment. Dr. Charlene
Gawlak is known for her ability to explain technical
concepts in terms understood by the average person.
This series
is the first time Section 801 will offer classes during the lunch hour using
AT&T online meeting capability. All you require is a computer with
internet capability and a phone! (Note: you will be
notified by email of the telephone number and log on procedures the day
before each course.)
Each class
is $15 with a discounted price of $50 if registering for all five. As a
benefit to ASQ Section 801 members these classes are free of charge.
